The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

Does your team work on weekends and holidays ?

Yes we do! Weekend time slots are currently available between September - June from 9am - 4pm. All major holidays can be requested at an additional fee of time and a half per operating service for only AM time slots 8am-12pm. Afternoon time slots are not available.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! As long as we have access, we’re happy to clean while you're out. We also don't mind if you're present during cleaning hours!
How long does a cleaning take?

Our cleanings vary depending on the service provided. Our team can take any where from 90 mins to 8 hours. Please speak with an expert. This includes all specialty cleans (power washing, car detailing, commercial).
What areas do you serve?

O.C.D. serves customers throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) , including Peel, York and Durham Region.
How do I book a service?

You will need to book a walk through with one of our experts. While on site, we will discuss all your needs and set up a service that meets those requirements!
Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer us to use your products, just let us know during your initial walk through!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to your booking. Please make sure to inform us within this timeframe to avoid any no show fees.
